Ready for the Next Residential Flip
Residential Construction is such a passion, that I got degrees in Construction Management AND in HVAC. Sadly, I pursued my passion after being laid-off in 2008, and I was NOT gonna apprentice (e.g. riding around in truck for months for apprentice wages) when there are other options to get my hands dirty. I tell folk that I'm like a med student that has not interned--- knowledgeable, but you would NOT want me operating without a leader. Still... my contractors like that I can respect their needs in setting expectations and budget. If you enjoy talking structural and mechanical construction, you've got a friend in me.
